Frenchman Valley Coop has an opening in the Agronomy Department at our Grant location for an Agronomy Location Manager. The Location Manager oversees the daily operations to ensure all company policies, standards and guidelines are followed. The Agronomy Location Manager provides friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service and creates a professional environment for employees and customers with a goal of retaining and attracting new customers. The Agronomy Location Manager will lead and oversee the Grant Agronomy location by coordinating, promoting, and directing all aspects of agronomy operations to optimize the Cooperative’s efficiency and help achieve the goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detailed individual with strong computer and excellent customer service skills. General duties will include greeting customers, answering high volume phones, processing incoming checks, light accounting, supply orders and other general office duties. Individual will work closely with multiple divisions and departments within Frenchman Valley Coop.

The ideal candidate will provide quality customer service and products and maximize cooperative profitability through the efficient operation and utilization of agronomy dry facility with accuracy and attention to detail. Blend Plant Specialist
Frenchman Valley Coop in Imperial, Nebraska has an opening for a Blend Plant Specialist in the Agronomy Division. Wiling to train the right individual; Agronomy or Ag background preferred. In this position you will be part of the Imperial FVC Agronomy Team working to provide products and services to our local producers. Extended hours are required during peak busy season and ideal candidate must work with attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and be reliable.

The Feed Mill Supervisor will oversee all aspects of feed manufacturing and maintenance at our McCook location. This position is responsible for managing daily mill operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, maintaining equipment, and supervising a team of feed mill employees. The busy season, from October through April, will require extended hours and overtime.
