Energy Operations Coordinator

Frenchman Valley Coop has an opening for an Energy Operations Coordinator at our Imperial, Nebraska location. Must be a self-starter, have high attention to detail, excellent computer and communication skills along with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to coordinate energy operations on a daily basis. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Energy to coordinate all aspects of energy operations, provide support and necessary training while maximizing cooperative profitability through the efficient operation and utilization of dispatch, delivery, bulk facilities, equipment, safety, training, inventory and energy programs. Responsible for product dispatch, assistance with inventory reconciliation procedures, and coordinating deliveries to our FVC customers and locations. Energy experience a plus; willing to train the right candidate!

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for the oversight and coordination of all energy operations, equipment inventory, delivery, service, scheduling and dispatch.
  2. Responsible for working with accounting on billing and deliveries to assist in consistent reconciliation of energy product inventory.
  3. Responsible for providing training to energy department personnel on processes and procedures.
  4. Works with Energy Drivers on daily plan, weekly plan, goals and expectations.
  5. Assists with the implementation of bulk fuel programs, installations, and projects.
  6. Conducts educational meetings and trainings as needed.
